It is a privilege to be able to fly over points of interest and get a true birdseye view. During our time in South Dakota we flew over Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse and Devils Tower. All absolutely spectacular on the ground and from the air.

You can listen in on some video from our flight to learn about the logistics and "rules" associated with these types of flights. Click on the video below.

Sidebar...we are pretty pleased with the photos and videos we got from this flight seeing expedition. It was a bumpy flight at times with a lot of haze from forest fires, which makes picture taking a challenge.

Some beautiful video of our approach to Devils Tower.

About Us

So, we bought a plane just before the COVID 19 pandemic began here in the United States.

Great timing, right?

The silver lining; the plane has created more opportunities for us than we could have ever imagined.

We are two empty nesters with four grown children living all over the United States. Even though we each have two full time careers we are intentionally making time for travel, and for each other. We are based in Southern Indiana. Although much of our travel is to the cities where our children live we also make time for other trips as able.

This blog is a way for us to share our travels and to also archive our journeys; at last.
